Joanne and I will celebrate our 53rd wedding anniversary in March 2023. We both retired from teaching in June 2010 and moved to our cabin in the woods of SW Wisconsin overlooking the Mississippi River.
I have taught at Michigan State, Penn State, and the University of Northern Iowa. (Total of 41 years). Joanne taught special ed, raised our three daughters and then taught 2nd grade. We are looking forward to taking vacations at other times than June/July/August!!
Had a 1949 Dodge Club Coupe (reminiscence of my '49 Dodge Wayfarer in HS) from 1993-2007 (still looking to repurchase!!) and a 1949 Kaiser Special bought Memorial Day, 2022.
Joanne and I love the outdoors and nature; we have done extensive camping in US and Canada. Done camping now. Have had trips to Ireland, Russia, Poland, Estonia, Scandinavian countries, Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland, Cuba, and Costo Rica. Going to Antarctica with Viking Expedition in March 2023.

George, I agree! Winger suspended me for 3 days because my 49 Dodge was recognized in White Pines by the Driver education teacher. I would not name the girl that was with me so for skipping one day Winger suspended me for 3 days. Makes you realize how important attendance every day really was!!! Michael White
