Don and I farmed in the Genoa area for 34 years, and moved off the farm in November, 2006. I returned to NIU and got my master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology in 1998. I currently work in Genoa, working in the school with early childhood and elementary students. I also have a few Early Intervention students (children who need speeh before the age of three). I enjoy my job thoroughly, and it is a good thing, since I started this career late, and need to keep working! We enjoy time with our family (none married and no grandchildren!) and volunteering in our church and with Farm Bureau. I continue to sing some, and enjoy it! We celebrated our fortieth wedding anniversary in June, 2009! Many happy years!
School Story:

I think my greatest memories are from choir and musicals! Mr. Wiltz and Mr. Boyer were wonderful to work with and shaped my future in speaking and singing.

Hi Gail! Lots of years have gone by quickly! I retired in November to spend more time with four grand daughters. Three born in five weeks - twins Nov 16 and one Dec 22. Only problem is three live in Maryland!
